APSCo is the only UK recruitment trade body with an international footprint and the only UK recruitment trade body specifically representing those firms operating within the professional sectors.
All APSCo members abide by a Code of Conduct and have to complete a 3 yearly risk assessment. All APSCo Codes of Conduct are reviewed on an annual basis and agreement to their Codes is a requirement of APSCo membership. Under APSCo Codes, members must:
Operate ethically, respectfully and honestly. Comply with all relevant legislation including the Employment Agencies Act Assure transparency and accountability in the recruitment process. Be transparent, clear and fair in their dealings with end clients and candidates. Ensure staff have the skills and knowledge to provide services that adhere to the correct code of conduct.

We ensure that all background, vetting, and DBS checks are completed for every candidate who works with us. In addition to this, we verify right to work and identity documents before making candidates available to schools for hire. All candidates are required to read and adhere to our Safer Recruitment Policy and the Keeping Children Safe in Education DfE guidelines.
